GGG is a sustainability strategy for properties, structured as a step-by-step model that advances as one progresses up the ladder. It’s a dynamic tool designed to adapt to future developments.

At each step, we prepare a detailed ESG report, capturing outcomes and insights from that phase. The model offers a robust foundation for sustainable property development, while recognizing the unique needs of each property. We customize the approach to align with the investor’s overall investment strategy and the specific attributes of the property.

Green

The first step Green centers on comprehensive reporting and assessing environmental and regulatory risks:

Collecting detailed data on energy, water, and resource consumption to form a baseline for analysis
Calculating the property’s full CO₂ emissions profile for better understanding of its carbon footprint
